Tomas Dillon
Tomas is the Course Director at Case Studies Plus. He spent his career working in consulting at McKinsey & Company in both London and New York. He founded Case Studies Plus to level the playing field for consulting recruiting, based on his own experience interviewing dozens of candidates at McKinsey.
During interviews, Tomas saw candidates often lacked one of three must-have skills: strong understanding of the key technical concepts and frameworks, a structured approach to communicating and problem-solving, and practice with real-life case studies.
Tomas pooled his knowledge with consultants from other top firms to create a step-by-step guide for anyone to land a top consulting job, by following the Case Studies Plus formula for success: mastering the core concepts, learning and applying structure, and practising with real cases.

Erdem is the Course Instructor at Case Studies Plus. He is a highly experienced communications professional and spent his career consulting for Fortune 500 companies on the topics of strategy and corporate communications.
Erdem holds a PhD in Law and today runs his own consultancy, providing coaching and strategic guidance to clients globally. Having worked with leading CEOs and partners at top consulting firms, he brings expertise from industry insiders on how think and communicate like a consultant.
As an experienced industry expert, Erdem leads candidates through each stage of the course: building strong foundations in the key technical concepts, applying case study frameworks to real business problems, and delivering recommendations with structure and clarity.
